Complete structural frame inspection for cracks or deep gouges. Linkage bearing torque check and replacement where required based on component wear.
Ultrasonic deep-clean and full degrease of the cassette and derailleur. Drivetrain wear checked across all components; chains replaced if wear exceeds manufacturer tolerance (>0.5% / under 70% life remaining).
Full lower-leg oil and air-can service on Fox and RockShox suspension forks and rear dampers using fresh fluids and seals.
Fresh hydraulic brake fluid bleed and precision wheel truing. Rotor/pad swaps performed as required. Both brakes bled, both wheels dialed.
